Quickly Dispelling a few Myths

-We shower daily even when we are not at the dock. We have plenty of water and it’s actually heated! Stanley even gets regular showers.
-We eat hot meals. Diana cooks a fresh homemade dinner almost every night that she normally rewarms it the next day for lunch
-We encounter land. Most of the journey is made up of day sails from port to port where we use our dinghy to get to shore to explore and let Stanley do his business.
-Our clothes are clean. Most marinas have laundry equipment and we do have a small washing machine on board.
-We can procure more food and supplies. We regularly ride bikes, take public transport, or rent a car to get more groceries and boat supplies.
-Rum is not consumed daily. We have many other spirits, wines and beers on board that are favored over rum. (This may change to fact when we arrive in the Caribbean.)
