First time med mooring with winds 20-30 and yep it was a bit of a fiasco.

Spent the day with Te Mana driving around Anguilla on the wrong side of the road. Us and the car came out mostly unscathed.
Rough but safe ride to Road Bay, Anguilla. . . Those wind models were full of bologna http://t.co/DzKIZ16pV9
Needed a part imported for our fridge. . . $102 for the part and $101 for shipping and duty!
First time all season we came to an anchorage and couldn’t find a mooring or free spot to anchor. No worries diverted to JVD to see Foxy.
Darn water fairies came and took all our water last night, better than the diesel fairies I suppose.
Not sure I’ll find a bar to watch the Apple Cup today, but by impersonating a US IP address I am able to stream 710 radio. Go Cougs!
Wow didn’t plan on 40knts between Nanny Cay and Gorda Sound. . . The charter boats didn’t know what hit them.
Pardon the Construction
We’re making a few changes to the blog so things might be a bit messy for a few days as we get things back in order. We won’t be spending the majority of our days cooped up on the boat or in a pub working on it, remember we’re now on ‘Island Time’ things will get done when they get done.
Anyhow things are now mostly in chronological order rather than when they were published which should make a bit more sense if you are reading from start to finish and it’s good for our memory as the primary reason for this blog is for us to remember what we did . . . as the ship’s log is a bit dry 🙂
New map of our travels . . .
I just posted a new map that shows all the places we’ve been so far. You can find it here
http://svryana.com/Blog/?page_id=1311
or look under “Logs/Location” and select “Ryana’s Travels”
So far we have traveled about 4200 nautical miles or 4800 for you landlubbers 🙂
A disclaimer for geeks. . .Please note that routes are approximate as I’ve been too lazy to write and upload the KML from our logs, maybe something to do on a rainy day.
